We process personal data in accordance with the relevant legislation, in particular:
- Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data,
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR),
- Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services,
- and any regulations that amend or replace them in the future.

Purposes and legal basis of processing
We process the personal data you have entrusted to us for the following purposes:
- Communication and handling of enquiries (contact form, e-mail, phone): first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, content of the message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
- Provision of services and performance of a contract: first name, last name, contact and billing details.
- Accounting: billing details.
Our mobile applications do not collect or transmit personal data and contain no analytics, advertising or tracking. Data you enter into them remains only on your device. In-app purchases are processed by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies.
Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data
Your personal data is accessible to employees and contractors of Ash technology who are bound by confidentiality. We share personal data with parties that provide accounting services to us.
Retention period
We process your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing. On the basis of legitimate interest, we retain your personal data for 3 years after the end of our communication or contractual relationship with you. We are legally required to retain tax documents for 5 years.
Rights of the data subject

- request its rectification or erasure,

This period may be extended by a further two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. We would inform you of any such extension within one month of receiving your request.
